Damages and Issues
We always aim to make sure that our products are loved by all customers. Please inspect your order as soon as you have received your order. Please feel free to contact us at pnpexclusive@gmail.com if your products are defective, damaged or you receive order. Please remember that you will be held responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs, on the contrary, are not refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £50, We recommend that you should consider using trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance . We can not guarantee that we will receive the product.
Returned items must be unused and returned in their original, undamaged, and unopened packaging in order to be eligible for the return.
